Leadership Roundtables

If you’re ready to meet with a small group of fellow professionals to develop yourself, consider one of these groups. Sometimes called “mastermind” organizations or “personal development circles”, these organizations are designed to help individuals to improve themselves and their business acumen through a peer-to-peer format.

The Alternative Board (TAB)

TAB is an International Business Owners Membership Organization that provides peer group advisory boards and executive advisory coaching for privately-held Business Owners. In monthly board meetings consisting of 5-8 Business Owners, facilitated by local TAB owners Jeff and Nick Pruner, TAB Members exchange business insights with other non-competing Owners and CEO’s from their local business community and work together to move their businesses forward. Members also benefit from monthly one-on-one coaching and have access to TAB’s comprehensive and time-tested proprietary tools—which serve both as an MRI for a business and help business owners operate more strategically. Visit them at TABIndyNorth.com

The Strategy Forums

This group offers a variety of services, including forums. They explain: “Our members meet monthly to exchange ideas, knowledge and perspectives. In addition to the monthly meetings, members receive economic reports, abstracts of business books and digital overviews of the latest technology trends. All designed to keep you current and connected to a group of like-minded individuals who are committed to your success and the success of your business.” Visit thestrategyforums.com

Vistage

This group calls itself “the world’s leading business advisory and executive coaching organization.” They have a network of more than 21,000 expert leaders, and several groups in Indianapolis. Check them out online at vistage.com

CEO Focus

CEO Focus is a peer consulting group of company presidents and CEOs. In their CEO group meetings, they work on business issues confronting our members. Groups meet once per month. Groups consist of 8-14 members from various industries and backgrounds. Learn more about the local office at: ceofocus.com/regional-offices/indianapolis/

TrueU

This non-profit has the following to say: “Our unique, tangible and proven approach will help you build leaders at all levels of your organization while supporting you in developing relationships with like-minded individuals through CEO Roundtables, connection events and exchange of thought leadership.” Their website is trueu.com.

Faith-Based Groups

C12 Group

If you’re interested in a Christian-focused organization, consider C12. They claim: “C12 is not simply a CEO roundtable, professional networking group, business Bible study, or guest speaker forum. It is a confidential and intimate environment where like-minded peers share ideas, discover and plan for areas in their business that need improvement, hold each other accountable, and encourage one another to conduct business in a God-honoring way.” Reach out to the Central Indiana office at c12group.com/indianapolis/
