Leadership Roundtables
If you’re ready to meet with a small group of fellow professionals to develop yourself, consider one of these groups. Sometimes called “mastermind” organizations or “personal development circles”, these organizations are designed to help individuals to improve themselves and their business acumen through a peer-to-peer format.
The Alternative Board (TAB)
TAB is an International Business Owners Membership Organization that provides peer group advisory boards and executive advisory coaching for privately-held Business Owners. In monthly board meetings consisting of 5-8 Business Owners, facilitated by local TAB owners Jeff and Nick Pruner, TAB Members exchange business insights with other non-competing Owners and CEO’s from their local business community and work together to move their businesses forward. Members also benefit from monthly one-on-one coaching and have access to TAB’s comprehensive and time-tested proprietary tools—which serve both as an MRI for a business and help business owners operate more strategically. Visit them at TABIndyNorth.com
The Strategy Forums
This group offers a variety of services, including forums. They explain: “Our members meet monthly to exchange ideas, knowledge and perspectives. In addition to the monthly meetings, members receive economic reports, abstracts of business books and digital overviews of the latest technology trends.
